On average, Motorhome owners can make 6-8K+ per season and Travel Trailer owners can make about 4-6K+ per season in our Murrieta program. We do not guarantee any amount of revenue, but we will work hard to make sure your RV is rented out for top dollar so that you make the most amount of money with your investment.
Owner statements are sent out at the end of each month with a detailed breakdown of all the rentals.
Payments are sent via zelle along with the owner statements at the end of the month.
No! The only fee you will have is a monthly storage fee. We generally like to do 6-12 month contracts with our owners, but we are flexible. Reach out to us below and we can have a conversation to see what works best.
Every rental on your RV will have commercial insurance coverage. You as the RV owner need to maintain your own personal insurance policy, but there will be supplemental commercial coverage on each and every rental via our third party insurance coverage. You don't need to do a thing to your own personal insurance. Your personal insurance will cover the RV when in storage.
Any damage caused during a rental is the responsibility of the renter. We collect a security deposit from every guest to cover incidental damages, and we carefully screen and train renters before they ever step inside your RV.To further reduce risk, many of our rentals are delivery-only, meaning renters never tow or drive your RV themselves. That said, normal wear or mechanical issues—like a water pump or A/C failure—remain the owner’s responsibility. Our team can quickly diagnose and repair these issues to keep your RV earning, but those costs are billed to the owner.Rest assured, we go above and beyond to keep your RV in top shape all season long—checking tires, greasing slides, inspecting roofs and seals, and handling all the upkeep. Your RV is in great hands with us.
